Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel a booking with Patna Cabs and how refunds work. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. How to cancel
To cancel, call +91 92343 88100 or send a WhatsApp message with your name, mobile number and trip date. Please cancel as early as possible so we can release the car and driver.
2. Cancellation charges
- No advance payment is needed to enquire, so cancelling an enquiry costs nothing.
- If you paid an advance, cancellation charges (if any) depend on how close to the pickup time you cancel. The exact charges are shared with you at the time of booking.
- If the car has already reached the pickup point, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Cancellation by us
If we cannot provide a car for a confirmed booking, we inform you as early as possible and refund any advance in full.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method or by bank / UPI transfer, usually within 5–7 working days.
